Terms & Conditions |
All villas
rented are subject to the following terms &
conditions. Please read and confirm you understand
our terms & conditions by ticking the box
on the "Buy Now" page. |
General |
To enable us to accept your booking,
your party leader must acknowledge, on behalf of
the group, they have read and accepted our terms
and conditions. This binds all the group members
jointly and individually to these terms and conditions.

Errors & Omissions |
The company reserve the right
to correct any writtern or clerical errors that may occur. |
Party size |
A maximum of four (4) adults
are allowed. However, depending on the age of children
we may allow this maximum to be exceeded. Please check
with us. We or our agents reserve the right to refuse
admission if this condition is not observed. |
Payment |
1. All
payments must be made in (£) sterling
2. At the time of booking you will
be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the total
cost, providing the booking date is more than ten (10)
weeks before the departure date If the booking date
is less than ten (10) weeks before the departure date
the total cost must be paid at the time of booking.
3. The balance of your booking costs
must be paid at least ten (10) weeks prior to the departure
date. Please ensure that all payments are made in time,
otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking
as cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay
us cancellation charges detailed below.
4. Payment may be made by cheque or
by Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo via our
HSBC bank security link.

Cancellation |
If you wish to cancel your
booking you must do so by sending written confirmation.
Your party leader, who was responsible for the original
booking, must also sign this letter.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation, to compensate
the expenses involved in processing your booking and for
any loss that results from being unable to re-sell your
booking, we charge the following cancellation fees: |

Insurance |
Holiday and travel insurance,
including cancellation cover, is essential for your own
peace of mind and we strongly recommend that all your
party obtain suitable insurance. |
Check in / Check out times |
Your accommodation is available
from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10.00am on the day of departure. The property keys
must be collected and returned to either Stella or Abby
Scott at 19 Pueblo Sol. We are sorry to be so strict about
the times, but obviously, we need time to prepare for
the incoming guests. |
On Arrival |
Immediately on arrival please
familiarise yourself with the layout of the property and
the complex and identify any potential hazards, i.e. steps
and slippery surfaces etc. Please also read the information
document included with the introductory pack. |
Problems with your property |
If you have any property problems
during your stay at Pueblo Sol, please inform either Stella
or Abby Scott at 19 Pueblo Sol, who will endeavour to
correct the problem. If you fail to report the problem
we cannot accept responsibility for any consequences that
may occur, as we have not been given the opportunity to
investigate and correct the problem. |
Breakages & Damages |
We do not request a security
deposit, but we do trust you to report any breakages or
damage to Stella or Abby Scott at 19 Pueblo Sol. You will
be expected to pay for any repairs or replacements as
necessary. |
Pets |
We regret that pets are not
permitted at any of our properties. |
Smoking |
We operate a strict no smoking
policy at all our properties. |
Property & Complex Standards |
We endeavour to maintain high
standards in all our properties, but unfortunately items
need replacement or maintenance, plus the complex pool
and garden is maintained daily. This means that you may
encounter maintenance staff throughout your stay. Also
please remember the complex is used by others and we would
ask you to respect our and others property during your
stay. |
We reserve the right to charge
for what we would deem excessive cleaning. |
Included in the cost |
A welcome pack.
All linen, including a mid week change, per week. (Dirty
linen will be collected by arrangement).
All towels including beach towels, plus a mid week change.
(Dirty towels will be collected by arrangement).
All electricity and water.
All local property related taxes.
Pool and garden maintenance.
Assistance from our local representative. (Normally during
office hours unless there is an emergency) |
